The Manor House
The 18,000 square foot Manor House is a community center featuring an infinity edge swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, sunning deck, tennis court, fitness center, library, billiards room, demonstration kitchen, bar, and multi-purpose rooms. An activities director will plan educational, cultural and entertaining events for all ages. The Manor House will offer classes to all residents.

The Commons
Through the heart of the developed community, a 2/3 mile pathway lined with dense forest makes up The Commons.

Forest
Barrington is home to 17 acres of forest. Beautiful fern and native vegetation are home to deer, jackrabbit and countless birds.

Small Parks
At either end of The Commons and throughout the community, peaceful pocket parks featuring roses, play equipment and benches for reflecting will be created.

Loblolly Lake
Barrington’s own Loblolly Lake is an established, 20-acre, private man-made lake will soon be one of the amenity attractions at Barrington. Plans for the lake include a walking/jogging path around the perimeter, a boardwalk and small boat dock for canoes and paddles.  The terraced slope opens views to beautiful Loblolly Lake.

Kingwood Country Club
Kingwood Country Club is the largest golf club in Houston offering over 99 holes of golf, 54 at Kingwood Country Club, 18 at the Deerwood Club and 27 at the Atascocita Club. The homesites in Kingwood are along the back nine holes of the Lake Course which provides serene vistas for many of the homes at Barrington.
