Kingwood is a master planned community in northeast Houston. Kingwood covers 14,000 acres divided into 21 villages, each with its own neighborhood association and each with a varying home price scale. Homes range from $70,000 to more than $1,000,000. It is home to over 120,000 residents and 39,000 households. Kingwood is approaching build out in the next two to three years.
