Senior Management
Michael L. Tenzer
Michael L. Tenzer has been directly responsible for the financing, planning, marketing and design and development of the communities and homes mentioned above. He began his career in the housing industry in 1963 with Los Angeles based Larwin Company, serving as the housing division president. From 1976 through 1993 he was Chairman of the Board, CEO and principal shareholder of Los Angeles based Leisure Technology (NYSE), the largest nationwide developer and builder of active adult communities. In addition to his management of Bravo Communities he currently provides extensive advisory services to Columbia Communities in Scottsdale, Arizona which develops housing for first time homebuyers through empty nesters in some of Arizona’s most successful master planned communities.
Tenzer is active in the Urban Land Institute and since 1974 continues to serve as a member of its Master Planned Community Council. He is also active in the National Association of Homebuilders. Tenzer serves as a board member of several public and private companies and is currently a board member of the Los Angeles Opera and CEO and President of the American Youth Symphony.

Melanie May
Melanie May served Leisure Technology (NYSE) for more than 12 years in various senior management capacities. Her most recent post was a Senior Vice President-Housing Operations, which included line management responsibilities for strategic planning, environmental design, construction operations, management information systems, and marketing services. Previously she was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Mattel: (NYSE). As a principal of Bravo Communities, she is the Chief Financial Officer and manages marketing services. She is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the National Association of Home Builders.
